| Beginning July 30, 2018, Transamerica will begin transitioning from the TransQuote® illustration software to myTranswareSM as the primary illustration software for all Long Term Care insurance product quotes. Both the old TransQuote illustration tool and the new myTransware illustration tool will be available to the field through 5:00 p.m. CT August 24, 2018, after which TransQuote will no longer be available. |
| This move will align our Life Insurance and Long Term Care insurance products under one illustration platform, making for a smoother process for agents who sell both, and improving the overall experience for our field force. |

myTransware is a 24/7 online quoting tool that receives updated rates in real time, no manual updating or app download needed. |

myTransware is compatible across multiple platforms and devices, including Android, Windows, and Apple. |

Agents already familiar with myTransware may notice some enhancements to the look, feel, and functionality. |

TransQuote will remain available until 5:00 p.m. CT August 24, 2018, after which all links to that quoting tool will be removed from the ARC website. If you have the software on your smartphone, tablet, or computer, it will cease to function at that time. |

What will happen to my current illustrations I have saved in TransQuote?
Any saved quotes you have cannot be electronically transferred from TransQuote to myTransware. You will need to manually re-create each saved quote into myTransware in order to keep them after the expiration date. After August 24, 2018, any quotes saved in the TransQuote illustration system, will no longer be available. |
