The storytelling approach can help financial professionals and clients connect to understand the problem at hand and make educated choices on LTC protection strategies. With nearly 70% of individuals aged 65 and older needing some form of long-term care services in their lifetime*\, this new storytelling capability can create additional opportunities for meaningful conversations. \n\n\n\nA recent study conducted by OneAmerica and Hanover Research revealed that long-term care planning is often neglected\, or in many cases avoided as a discussion topic between clients and their financial professionals. The research discovered that only 54% of the financial professionals surveyed are having long-term care planning conversations with their clients.
