Revises Withdraw policy. Click here for the full Mutual of Omaha processing update.
As part of our commitment to keeping you informed, please see the updated and ongoing communication regarding your long-term care business.
We continue to focus on reducing our large inventory and have made progress. Cases dated older than 50 days remain high; however, these cases are our main focus. Our goal is to decrease this volume over the next few weeks. We understand we have a ways to go but your long term care business continues to remain our top priority.
Processing Update
- From our highest volume to present, inventory has been reduced by 29%
- As anticipated, we continue to see a higher than usual volume of incoming APS and SAPS (supplemental APS- an APS from a physician other than the primary)
- The majority of our volumes are making their way to Underwriters, and we anticipate further reducing our pending inventory by the end of November
We will continue to improve our processes to decrease time service; here are some additional details to assist you during this transition period.
