NGL ClientConnect Reminder

As a reminder, NGL Client Connect powered by iCover, our new e-App, will be available beginning August 2. Click here to download the NGL ClientConnect guide.

Here’s what you need to know:

• NGL ClientConnect will replace the current E-APP beginning August 2, 2024, for the majority of states. The states of AZ, CA, CT, DC, DE, FL, HI, IN, MT, ND, NJ, SC and SD will continue to use our current E-APP system.
• We urge you to finalize any unfinished or incomplete applications through our current E-APP system system before 4 p.m. PST on August 1. After that time the applications will be no longer available, with the exception of applications that have reached the signature process. Those will remain available so they may be signed and submitted.  
• NGL ClientConnect can be found by selecting the E-APP Link under the New Business dropdown on the Agent Resource Center.
• You can still choose to submit business by a paper application or PDF upload.
