Lincoln MoneyGuard® Online Interview Process Updates Effective May 12, 2025
Over the last several years, Lincoln has continued to enhance and expand our digital capabilities to streamline the life insurance new business process. Coupled with electronic submission, online interview enables clients to privately complete applications at a time that’s convenient for them.
Currently, more than 75 percent of Lincoln MoneyGuard® life insurance clients complete their applications using online interviews, which leads to a shorter turnaround time and higher average placement rate compared to other methods. Building on the momentum of this success, beginning May 12, 2025, online interviews will be the default method for MoneyGuard applications for clients ages 60 and under.
