In our ongoing commitment to offering a more connected, secure policyholder experience, we’re standardizing our approach to document delivery. Starting Monday, Nov. 24 , a new eDelivery consent form will be required with all eApp and paper application submissions.
This form will ensure clients, as well as producers, enjoy a consistent process when receiving important documents and confirms compliance with eDelivery laws and regulations.
Here’s what you need to know:
- The new Voluntary Electronic Opt-in Consent and Disclosure form will apply to applications across all products and states, with a slight variation for Utah.
- The form must be completed, signed and submitted with every OneAmerica Financial application.
- Clients will receive policy information efficiently and securely.
- Producers may be copied with a client’s permission, keeping you informed every step of the way.
- Centralized information regarding consumer rights and OneAmerica Financial eDelivery processes are included in the form.
By standardizing eDelivery consent, we’re enhancing the digital experience, streamlining how we do business together and ensuring interactions are efficient.
