Update on Client Billing During System Migration

During the migration of in-force policyholders from illumifin to Mutual of Omaha, an issue was found with some long-term care policies where premiums were behind schedule.

The necessary payments have been processed, and all affected policies are now current with no coverage interruptions. Future premiums will draft as usual.

Clients may have questions. Please reassure them that:

  • Coverage was never interrupted
  • Accounts are up to date
  • Future payments will follow the regular schedule
