Effective November 10, 2014, there are several changes for all new business, including new rates and some changes to features on our Custom Care III featuring Benefit Builder in Montana (unisex only) and North Dakota. Click here for full details.
Paper applications for current rates and benefits in Montana and North Dakota must be signed on or prior to November 9, and received in the John Hancock home office by end-of-day November 10. LTC Captivate business must be signed and submitted through the system on or prior to November 9, 2014.
