Update on key dates regarding Mutual of Omaha’s transition to the LTC13 product series in NY.
Please review the rules and dates regarding the transition to MutualCare Solutions for New York:
- MutualCare Solutions replaces Mutual Care Plus in the states that have been approved.
- September 30,2015- Applications for Mutual Care Plus must be signed on or before this date.
- October 9th, 2015- The last date that applications will be accepted in the Home Office for the Mutual Care Plus.No Exceptions Will Be Made.
- Any pending applications will be processed as applied for.
- To change a pending Mutual Care Plus application to the new product, a new application will be require along with a written statement advising to withdraw the current application.
