Making it easier to submit new business for Nationwide YourLife CareMatters.

We understand your need to efficiently submit new business. The quicker the process, the more time you’re able to spend doing what you do best—meeting your clients’ needs and growing your book of business. We’re making it easier by introducing ticket and electronic options for submitting CareMatters business. In addition to the full paper application, two new options are available beginning March 14, 2016:

  • NEW! One-page ticket submission One-page paper ticket kicks off the application process. This means less time and effort upfront gathering information from your clients, and Nationwide doing more work on the back-end to obtain necessary medical and demographic information.
  • NEW! Full application electronic submission The same full application—only now with the ease of electronic submission. This reduces the chance of a call-back to obtain or verify required information.
  • COMING SOON! One-page ticket electronic submission Electronic ticket submission will be introduced in coming months. This option will be the same onepage ticket as described above, along with the ease of electronic submission.
