Based on your feedback, we’ve enhanced the LTC e-app to make doing business with us even easier! Updates will be available June 8, 2016.
Here’s What’s New:
Dashboard and Back Office Updates:
• Applications with no activity after 30 days will now be removed from the producer dashboard
• The Block of Business (BoB code) can now be updated in the Producer Statement
• Producer Statement after signatures production error has been corrected to now Save changes without having to go back into the blue edit link and hit Save & Exit again
Application and Screen Updates:
• Highlight color has been changed back to yellow
• Age will now populate based off of Date of Birth
• Fields for Maximum Monthly Benefit and Policy Limit will now have range limits
• CA Secure Solutions Maximum Monthly Benefit updated to support the new lower minimum of $1500
• Section G of the application has been enhanced to input details of condition when answered “Yes”
• Section K of the application will be updated to provide Cash with App Check and Automatic Bank Account Withdrawal options even when No Conditional Coverage or Temporary Insurance is selected
• Premiums will now be shown and calculated on the Conditional Receipt or Temporary Insurance Agreement (TIA)
Access
You don’t need to do anything! The updated LTC e-app link can be found on Sales Professional Access (SPA) beginning June 8th, 2016, on the Electronic Applications page or the bottom of the LTCi Product Page.
