Texas has updated their required Buyer’s Guide. You are required by regulation to provide this publication to all applicants as it explains long-term care services, what benefits are available to a person through Medicare and Medicaid, and what long-term care insurance offers. The guide also assists consumers in selecting a LTC insurance policy that meets their needs. LTC-BG-TX is available to download from jhltc.com and printed copies will be available to order the week of June 27th.
