Rules:
- Applications must be received by NewmanLTC between 10/1/17 and 11/30/17, and paid and in-force by 3/31/18. Declines, Not-Takens and business not in-force or paid by deadlines will not be considered eligible.
- There is no limit to the number of employees or family members you can submit, but to participate in this incentive, you will be asked their relationship to you. (See below for Qualifying Lives)
- NewmanLTC will send your incentive rewards after 3/31/18.
