A July 16, 2021, announcement provided an update on long-term care (LTC) application processing delays, what you could do to mitigate them, and what we’re doing to resolve them.
Given the sustained increase in LTC applications for the state of Washington (prompted by the WA Cares Act), as of July 27, we’ve temporarily suspended LTC applications for the state.
This action will allow us time to process the applications already in house and provide a better client and advisor experience across the country.
