Key Dates to Remember:
March 27 – Final date to get applications in to Newman Long Term Care
March 30 – All apps must be in to Prudential’s Home Office for consideration
March 30 – Employer Sponsored Program (ESP) and Affiliation cases must be approved on or before March 30, 2012. Once approved, applications under these programs must be received no later than 60 days from the date of case approval or May 30, 2012, whichever is sooner.
