In-force rate action on certain policies in Georgia
This is to advise you that in late June, we will begin policyholder notifications of in-force rate action on the next round of John Hancock and Fortis policies with an effective date of the next anniversary on or after September 1, 2012. Revisions to New York Partnership regulations
Effective June 1, New York will join the National Reciprocity Compact for the recognition of Medicaid Asset Protection for member states with Deficit Reduction Act (DRA) Long-Term Care Partnership programs. John Hancock is pleased to subsidize the price of the mandatory training you need to take in order to write LTC Insurance in most states. When you take your training online through John Hancock you will receive your certificate of completion by the next business day and a copy of it will automatically be send to the John Hancock licensing department.
