Massachusetts enacts revisions to MassHealth eligibility and recovery requirements and new producer training requirements
Massachusetts recently enacted Senate Bill 2359. In addition to directing the Massachusetts Insurance Commissioner to revise the existing MA LTC regulation and promulgate the NAIC Long-Term Care Insurance Model Regulation (2009), the new legislation revises MassHealth eligibility and recovery exemptions rules; and adopts NAIC producer training requirements.
