California recently updated their advertising regulations for Long Term Care insurance (LTCi). Effective January 1, 2013, a statement must be added on all California advertising materials that a sample policy is available upon request.
A sample California policy can be found in the PDF Library of your Agent Portal at www.YourLifeSecure.com. The statement “A sample policy is available upon request” has been added to the LifeSecure disclaimer which appears on all California marketing materials. These materials can be ordered or downloaded through your Agent Portal.
