Michigan recently approved MutualCare Solutions product for partnership which was released on April 1, 2016.
Policyholders who had purchased policies meeting the partnership requirements prior to that date will be sent a letter and partnership disclosure document advising that their policy will now be considered a partnership qualified policy. Letters are scheduled to be mailed starting June 30, 2016.
