What’s the Status?
Check the status of your submitted applications anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from your phone or your computer. If you are on the phone with clients, you don’t have to put them on hold or call them back later so you can call us, simply log on to the Agent Resource Center and provide them with all the information they need about the status of their application.
And that’s not all. You can also access real-time status updates on the receipt of your clients’ medical records. You know that obtaining an applicant’s medical records for underwriting can sometimes be a time-consuming process. It involves dealing with doctors and medical facilities in order to gain access to the needed information. This can sometimes delay the underwriting process. But you can now log-on and check the status anytime. This will allow you to keep your clients informed on their application status throughout the process.
To view the status of an application, log on to the Agent Resource Center and select Application Status (listed under My Tools). To review real-time status for you client’s medical records, select the policy you want to review and click on Medical Records. This easy-to-use tool can help you communicate detailed application status with your clients right away, no matter what time they call.
TransQuote® Illustration Enhancement Reminder
Please remember, a full update of the TransQuote ® Illustration software will be available on 7/20 through the Agent Resource Center. If you have already downloaded TransQuote® onto your computer or laptop, you will have until 7/27 to continue using the current version. After 7/27, you will be required to download the latest version to continue using the software. Once you’ve downloaded the newest version, log in to complete the setup. The online and mobile versions will be automatically updated with all the changes.
One of the new enhancements that you will be uploading can help make LTC sales easier for you. You asked for a way to present multiple plans to your customer on a single page, and we listened. Beginning 7/20, in most states, you will be able to save, email or print a multi-plan summary for your clients with TransQuote® Illustration software. The multi-plan summary allows you to quote up to 3 different plans on one page. It helps provide your clients with multiple choices so your clients can more easily make the best selection for their needs.
The multi-plan summary will be available in: AL, AK, CO, GA, ID, IL, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NH, NM, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY.
Please note, since this is a full file update, the download will take longer than a partial update, and it will require administrative rights on your PC or laptop. You may need assistance from your IT department or help desk if your rights are limited in an office environment.
