Transamerica Long Term Care has taken innovation to the next level with our industry leading TransCare® II 2012 Producer Guides. You will notice right away that the new guides are designed for ease of use. The TransCare® II 2012 Producer Guides are now available on the Agent Resource Center and are designed as electronic reference tools so updates can be made quickly and you can count on having the most up to date information at all times. The new format also allows for multimedia content, including videos and online training presentations. The new electronic producer guides are fully portable and accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How to access the new TransCare® II 2012 Producer Guides:
Log in to the Agent Resource Center, select Order Supplies. Select “Producer Guides” in the Materials Type dropdown. Choose your state in the State dropdown and download the new guide.
