On July 29, 2013, Genworth will suspend sales of Privileged Choice & Classic Select in Vermont. Over the last two years, they have introduced Privileged Choice Flex or Privileged Choice Flex 2 in all other states.
They have decided that they are no longer willing to sell the older Privileged Choice and Classic Select products. Those products were originally priced in 2006. Their assumptions have changed since these products were originally filed and they are no longer willing to sell products with those pricing assumptions.
