Important LTC Captivate Update for co-browsing users
The vendor that provides the co-browsing functionality has unexpectedly decided to discontinue this service as of August 1. John Hancock is actively evaluating other partners that can provide similar integration and functionality.
Please note that the co-browsing outage does not affect the overall online application and processing of new business through LTC Captivate, nor does it affect the optional “Manual Syncing” functionality, which allows for sharing of screens with an applicant. For additional information and training on the manual syncing process, please refer to the Brainshark presentation for an overview of how you may use this feature with your clients.
