Support associates role now available in LTC Captivate
LTC Captivate offers two support associates roles for new business coordinators and assistants to support producers through the LTC sales process: licensed support associates and non-licensed support associates. Licensed support associates will be required to pass licensing validation and can be allowed view-edit access to cases at the producer’s discretion, and non-licensed support associates will be allowed view-only access to cases.
