Updated Personal Worksheets effective September 8
There will be new personal worksheets (ICC14-LTC-PWK14, LTC-PWK14) in all states except Florida and New York, to reflect the 2013 inforce rate increase recently requested for approval. These worksheets will be included in all application booklets and will be available to order and download effective September 8.
