In addition to our e-sales platform for agents, your clients can also select a greener option to have their policy information delivered electronically – saving both time and resources.

It’s easy! Just ensure they make the appropriate selection during the application process to access their policy documents electronically rather than choosing to have hard copies sent via U.S. mail.

App-email policy

Once their application has been approved, your client will receive an email notifying them that their
policy, welcome kit, and other documents are available in their Personal Web Portal. The email will also include instructions on how to access their Personal Web Portal to review their policy documents.

Note: A copy of the policy will not be included in the email notification. Policy information is only available by logging into the Personal Web Portal.
