Modified Home Office Hours in May & June
Please be aware of the upcoming modified business hours for LifeSecure Insurance Company.
Friday, May 22 – LifeSecure’s home office will close at 3 PM ET. The following departments will be open:
- Agent Support (866-582-7701) – until 5 PM ET
- Underwriting (866-582-7705) – until 6 PM ET
- Claims (888-575-8246; press 1) – until 6 PM ET
- Policyholder Services (888-575-8246) – until 7 PM ET
Monday, May 25* – All departments will be closed in observance of Memorial Day.
Tuesday, May 26 – All departments will re-open at 8 AM ET
Monday, June 1 – LifeSecure’s Home Office will close at 12 PM ET to celebrate the hard work and dedication of our employees. The following departments will be open:
- Underwriting (866-582-7705) – until 6 PM ET
- Claims (888-575-8246; press 1) – until 6 PM ET
- Policyholder Services (888-575-8246) – until 7 PM ET
Tuesday, June 2 – All departments will re-open at 8 AM ET.
