Lower inflation rates now qualify for Partnership status in Minnesota. This change will be implemented on September 1, 2015.
A look back will be completed for all LTC13 policies issued prior to September 1st to determine MN Partnership qualification based on these new guidelines. If a LTC13 policy now qualifies as Partnership, communication will be sent to the policyholder advising of the change.
