A new tool is available to help you become familiar with the LTC e-app — the LTC e-app Brainshark. This helpful presentation walks you through how the e-app works before you begin to use it.
The LTC e-app can be found on Sales Professional Access (SPA) under the Sales Tools tab. The e-app allows you to complete and submit your long-term care applications online and offers the following advantages and features:
- Allows applications to be completed in good order
- Ensures you’re using correct forms
- Allows for e-signature email, e-signature face-to-face or wet signature
- Visuals to indicate your progress and prompt you for missing information
- Answers to questions reveal only the additional questions your client needs to answer
- Simple e-signature process
- Dashboard to show all your application progress
