A monthly report will be posted on SPA the first workday of each month. The report will include producers who have submitted a long-term care application in the last two years, that in the next 30 days, their long-term care training in their residence state only is about to expire according to Mutual of Omaha’s records.
Marketers will be receiving a monthly email to check for this report out on SPA if they have producers with training about to expire. Producers who are listed on the report will also receive an individual email advising this information.
The report can be found by going to SPA and in the “Reports” tab under the link “Other”. These reports will be posted for six months.
Training requirements can be found on SPA under the “Products” tab, “Long Term Care” and then the link for “Partnership Program”. Updated training documentation can be sent to contractsandappointments@mutualofomaha.com
