On May 2, 2016, we will start including the Nationwide HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices with our application forms for Nationwide YourLife CareMatters®, our linked-benefit policy for long-term care coverage, and all life products that offer our long-term care rider. Also in 2016, some policyholders may receive a periodic mailing of the Nationwide HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
