Third application = $200 Amazon gift card

Promotion details:
- After the first application, each qualified application submitted between 09/16/2022 – 10/31/2022 will earn the writing producer an Amazon gift card for the specified amount above, with a maximum of $1,000 in total winnings.
- Applications must be received at the LTC Administrative Office by mail, E-APP or eUpload within the 09/16/2022 – 10/31/2022 time period.
- Payments will be made in early November after the promotional period ends.
- Joint applications count as one application.
- Credit will only be given to the writing producer.
- Credit will only be given for applicants who do not already have an EssentialLTC policy.
- Clearly uninsurable applications will not be counted.
