Monthly Modal Premium Factor Reduced in 5 Additional States
In addition to the 41 states that already have the lower monthly modal premium factor, on 10/11/19 the monthly modal premium factor is changing from .095 to .0875 in an additional 5 states: CT, DE, IN, ND, and SD.
This will affect new business and active policies retroactive to their effective date with a refund of premiums.
