Beginning Feb. 12, we’re updating the new business submission process for OneAmerica® Care Solutions Asset-Care® and Annuity Care® products. These changes will streamline our underwriting process, make it easier to do business with us and offer key benefits to your clients.

Point-of-sale-scheduling will keep your business moving. Our trusted vendor will complete client interviews with flexible scheduling. Plus, this new process helps meet the increasing privacy needs of your clients and policy holders while offering you a simplified approach to new business submission.

To simplify our business and yours, our new process is replacing several existing ones, including EZ Underwriting, which will be discontinued effective March 29.

Additionally, we will discontinue the use of paper application packets for Asset-Care and Annuity Care products, effective Feb.12. After this date, you may still download and print applications from Forms Pipe on OneSource Online if needed, or use electronic submission.
