| This past year, we have transformed our informal inquiry process from “Express Quote” to “Pre-Underwriting Inquiry”. While on the surface, the change was in name and format of the survey document, there was also a process change where submissions were requested to be via email.
Our underwriting team has informed us that they are still receiving Express Quote forms via the fax line as well as some of the new PUI forms. Beginning November 1st, the Express Quote fax line will be discontinued and all PUI forms will need to be submitted via email to CSPUI@oneamerica.com.
Underwriting will be including a message on the fax response sheet they are sending the agent that submissions will no longer be accepted via fax. We will also be sending another communication sometime in October. |
