Care Solutions internal sales team hours of operation Jan. 22-24
In order to accommodate annual training, the OneAmerica® Care Solutions internal sales team will be operating at reduced hours next week as follows:
- Monday, Jan. 22: 10 a.m.-5 p.m. ET
- Tuesday, Jan. 23: 10 a.m.-5 p.m. ET
- Wednesday, Jan. 24: 10 a.m.-5 p.m. ET
Normal hours will resume on Thursday, Jan. 25. You may experience longer than normal wait times Monday, Jan. 22 through Thursday, Jan. 25.
Non-urgent requests can be emailed to your Internal Sales Partner. All emails received will be responded to no later than noon on the following business day.
