Our new process is replacing several existing ones, including EZ Underwriting, which will be discontinued effective March 29. Additionally, we have discontinued paper application packets for Asset-Care, Annuity Care, Legacy Care and ImmediateCare SPIA products, effective Feb. 12. You may still download and print applications from Forms Pipe on OneSource Online if needed, or use electronic submission. Questions? |
