CareForward is a combination of LTC insurance and life insurance. Clients can pay a one-time lump sum premium or pay a premium over a period of years. As LTC benefits are used, the death benefit decreases. Any remaining death benefit will be paid to a beneficiary when the insured passes away. This whole-life solution is built on a reimbursement chassis and is designed to offer maximum leverage if care is needed. CareForward is available in all states but California and New York.

e-App is now available on iGO
The CareForward e-App is available on iPipeline’s iGO platform. You will access this via the same iGO portal you use to access Thrivent’s traditional LTCi e-App.
Using the e-App will ensure your submission is In Good Order, and will greatly reduce your underwriting time. NOTE: Unlike the traditional product, the CareForward illustrations are not built into the e-App. Quotes must be run in WinFlex or on the Strategic Partners site (appointed producers only) and then attached to the e-App.
Printable Applications
While the e-App is the preferred method of application, there are times when a printed application is needed. There are two options to access printable PDFs:
- FormsPipe on iPipeline – Fillable PDFs can be obtained for CareForward on iPipeline’s FormsPipe by clicking here.
- Strategic Partners website (access is available to appointed agents only)
Pre-printed application packets are not available to order.
Illustration access:
An iPipeline illustration is not available for this product. Please access illustrations via the tools below. Save your illustration as a PDF and upload it with your e-App.
Preferred access: Thrivent Strategic Partners site
The Strategic Partners site provides access to both the Illustration system, and our product comparison tool. However, you must have a Thrivent writing number in order to access the site.

If you already have a WinFlex account or are creating a new account, in your profile you can add Thrivent Financial to your list of Carriers. After you request access, you will be provided access to CareForward.
Adding CareForward to your WinFlex account
May be accessed by producers and support staff, whether or not they are appointed. WinFlex does not provide access to the Comparison tool.
CareForward Point of Sale Materials and Producer Reference Pieces
Point-of-sale and producer reference pieces are now available on the newly updated www.tfltcstore.com. Materials may be downloaded, and select items may be available to order in hard copies. Access to this site is granted after an agent becomes appointed with Thrivent. This site does not contain applications.
Materials are separated by Traditional LTC or CareForward, with sections for Consumers and Producers under each tab.
