2010 RATE ACTION NEWS
In-force rate action on certain policies in Florida, Louisiana, Montana, and Oregon
This is to advise you that in late April, we will begin policyholder notifications of in-force rate actions on the next round of John Hancock and Fortis policies as follows with an effective date of the next anniversary on or after July 1, 2012. Read this article for state-specific details, implementation timelines and tools to help you through this process.
