We are pleased to report that the California Custom Care III and California Partnership product rates in the illustration system have been corrected. Therefore, the quoting capability for our new California products is now currently available on Hansel and eHansel and can be downloaded on www.jhltc.com.
Again, any California-specific illustrations that may have been run on February 27th or February 28th should be considered invalid.
If you downloaded the incorrect version of the Hansel Illustration Software version 14.5 earlier this week, we recommend that you uninstall it from your computer before downloading the updated software:
- Open MS Windows Control Panel
- Choose Add or Remove Programs (may take a minute or two to display programs)
- Scroll down to ‘Hansel’ and click on it (it will expand and display ‘Change’ and ‘Remove’ buttons)
- Click on ‘Remove’ button
- Hansel will begin uninstall process
- When complete, you can download the new version of Hansel 14.5
