Unfortunately, some of the California Custom Care III and California Partnership product rates that were made available yesterday in the illustration system (and on the rate cards) are incorrect. Therefore, quoting capability for our new California products has been discontinued and is currently unavailable while we work to resolve this issue. Any California-specific illustrations that may have been run yesterday should be considered invalid. If you downloaded the Hansel illustration system, please do not run any California illustrations off the system until you receive further notifications from us. We expect to have the problem corrected and the new rates available in the next few days. A Newslink update will be sent once quoting capabilities are made available again for California. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
