Genworth Life Insurance Company (Genworth Life) will implement updates on long term care
insurance (LTCI) applications and forms on July 1, 2013. The following is a correction to timing for the
transition of old to new forms.
We will accept business written on current forms through July 31, 2013. As of August 1, 2013,
these new forms will be required. The new forms will be available on July 1, 2013 to order or
download.
No exceptions will be available.
