Reminder:  New Version of LTCi Applications for California – IMPORTANT DATE

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – NEW Long Term Care Insurance (LTCi) Applications required for CALIFORNIA Individual and Multi-life Business (Effective August 1, 2013)

LifeSecure is implementing a new version of the individual and multi-life LTCi applications. All LTCi applications that are signed and dated on or after August 1, 2013 must use the new forms. See chart and key dates below:

KEY DATES

NOW – New application & forms booklets are available for ordering and/or printing and downloading (individual & multi-life versions) via your LifeSecure Agent Portal. Click here for ordering instructions

 

July 31 – Last day to take a current application form (must be signed and dated on or before July 31).

 

August 14 – Last day to data enter a current application form into your Agent Portal. The application must also be received by LifeSecure’s underwriting department by this date. (Note: The application must dated July 31 or earlier.) Any applications that are not data entered in the system and received by August 14th will need to be resubmitted on the new application.
