Effective July 1, 2013, Mutual Care at Work and United Workplace Solutions. Multilife groups that are currently in force will be provided a 60 day enrollment period for eligible new employees until September 1, 2013. Applications must be received in our Multilife Underwriting area no later than September 1, 2013. Applications dated or received after that date will NOT be accepted.
