| The LTC New Business team is happy to announce enhanced amendment processing on submitted applications.
Currently we require application corrections to be initialed by your client prior to policy issue. Starting on May 1, 2018, we will accept most corrections via an email or phone call to issue the policy, with an amendment to be signed by the client upon policy delivery. Application changes submitted prior to policy issue will still be accepted but will need to be both dated and initialed to avoid an amendment.
Case managers will provide follow-up communications on amendments once the policy is issued. If you have any questions, please call your case manager or the New Business Hotline at 800-275-5528.
