Resident and non-resident producers are required to take the following:
- The new 8-hour MA LTC course OR,
- Any state’s approved NAIC course, plus the new 2-hour MA supplement course
This requirement must be met by July 1, 2014 in order to continue to solicit long-term care business in Massachusetts.
In addition to the requirement above, Mutual of Omaha still requires the one-time company-specific product training and submission of the Training and Certification & Acknowledgement Form.
