New Wellness Program
Mutual of Omaha is excited to announce the launch of a new wellness program, Better Living Longer. This program is designed to support long-term care policyholders who prefer to maintain their independence at home as they age.
Better Living Longer, administered by The Helper Bees, is an Aging-in-Place Platform that connects millions of families with transformative services they may need in or around their homes.
Who has access to this program?
Mutual of Omaha Long-Term Care policyholders can access the Better Living Longer website when they sign into their Mutual of Omaha Customer Access secure portal.
Once your clients have signed in, they will need to click on Policy Overview to access the Better Living Longer website and The Helper Bees information.
What’s included in Better Living Longer?
- An educational resource library with information on aging
- A marketplace of vetted providers that allows policyholders to explore and purchase a variety of in-home services at discounted costs
- An expert guide to help navigate the policyholder’s unique needs and goals, provide guidance and assist with developing a personalized action plan
When will Better Living Longer be available?
The program will be available on the Customer Access portal beginning June 29, 2023. Our long-term care insurance policyholders will receive an email announcement regarding the availability of the program.
